Since my early adulthood, I've always known I wanted to be a chef. I started my journey going to a French Culinary School and then developed my skills as an intern at the famous Bouchon. Ever since, I've had the pleasure of working for Roys, Adega, 40 Sardines, Bluestem to name a few.
I've worked years as a restaurant chef, caterer, sommelier and as a private chef. My main goal is to provide a culinary experience that is unparalleled with anything you have experienced in the past, including professional service, attention to detail, creative and flavorful food from all over the globe.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope to hear from you soon!
Logan Mitchell Allen III
"Upon a strong recommendation from a friend in California, I hired Mitchell to come to Colorado to chef for me and teach me some of the finer points of cooking. I have never seen anyone work so hard yet so effortlessly in 4 days. Mitchell created delicious and beautiful dishes, while at the same time integrating seamlessly into my household. His talent, attention to detail, and skills all worked together to make those 4 days a very special time. I would not hesitate to ask him back."
"When it comes to hosting a party and figuring out what is going to be on the menu there is only one person we trust. Whether it is appetizers and wine or a full course meal we have always been amazed at how creative Chef Mitchell Allen is. Our guests always leave full and raving about how amazing the food was. He is our secret weapon when it comes to throwing a great event. Not only is the food out of this world, but he is also very affordable. If you are considering hiring a private chef for an event you will be hard pressed to find one better then Chef Mitchell Allen. We give him Five Stars all the way around."

"Mitchell has cooked for my family and friends for more than past 15 years. Months and years after the event people will still ask me how he is doing. Mitch is unique in that not only is he a fabulous chef, but he understands how to make the occasion memorable. He accomplishes this because he is very friendly and charming, and people do not feel intimidated to ask him questions about what they're eating and the preparation. Mitch has a great time which translates to everyone having a great time! I highly recommend him."

Five years ago, shortly after he moved to Newport Beach from Kansas City, Mitchell Allen was standing behind the risotto bar at a party he had catered, when he was approached by a tall, handsome man in a lavender Ted Baker suit, striped shirt and tie. “I’m really enjoying your food,” he said. “Would you like to be my private chef?”
